Addressing IT Security Issues and Fading Consumer Trust

Consumers are increasingly concerned about how a business can keep their data safe. In a 2017 survey, 69 percent of consumers responded that they believed companies were vulnerable to breaches, while 49 percent feared their social media or email accounts would get hacked the following year.
